Had to google what Cancan dance is...I knew it as Moulin Rouge dance.
ReplyDeleteWhat? You did not know about it before? It is one of the most famous dances in the world when you are lifting one leg very high in front of you.
DeleteFunny but Mouin Rouge brings to mind Toulouse Lautrec, not the Nicole film. There were three Fifties films set around can can, Moulin Rouge, Can Can with Sinatra, and a French film. I learned to kick cancan in my ballet class when i was a little girl, couldn't lift my leg more than an inch from the floor now. Jokes aside, I want to see anything that Hugo Becker is doing.
ReplyDeleteI'd drop like a rock if I'd try to lift my leg at least half that high LOL
DeleteLooking for long lost siblings? Don't do it. You never know who or what you'll find. lol
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteI loved Montmartre! One of my favorite spots around Paris we visited on our short trek through. But I agree with Mary. I don't want any long lost family members ever searching for me. Hell, I don't want the ones I do know to find me either LOL!
ReplyDeleteUnless they are very rich.
