Oh, what a treat when a series ads not just one, not two, but three of our favourite boys: BBC has added Colin Morgan, Christian Cooke and Rupert Penry Jones to the cast of the second season of NIGHTSLEEPER thriller series which was set on a train, but this time on a ship with new ensemble. Ian McElhinney, Cuan Hosty Blaney, Madeleine Mantock and Sally Lindsay will also star in the real-time series sees the action move from the rails to the open water, as a Belfast-to-Liverpool passenger ferry becomes the target of a potentially deadly hack-attack. With the crew desperately trying to hide the extent of the threat from the passengers, the ferry’s second engineer Johnny (Cooke) must work with the National Cyber Security Centre’s new technical director, Bo (Morgan), to try and fight back. But as the tide turns, secrets surface and fear floods the decks; it isn’t long before those on land are all at sea too…

Kevin Costner's new six episode historical series THE GRAY HOUSE that tells the hidden history tale of four Southern women — a Virginia socialite and her mother, a formerly enslaved Black woman and a high-end prostitute — who served as key espionage agents for the Union, is ready to hit the small screens next week and start streaming on Prime Video from February 26th.

 

THE STORY AND THE CAST  

 The foursome are credited as unsung heroes who helped end the nation’s brutal cleavage in 1865. They operated deep inside the corridors of Confederate power and transformed an underground railroad into an effective underground spy network, risking life and liberty. Mary-Louise Parker, Amethyst Davis, Daisy Head and Ben Vereen lead the cast. Costner and Morgan Freeman are producing. The soundtrack of the series will feature new songs from Shania Twain and Jon Bon Jovi. Our dear Colin Morgan, Colin O'Donoghue and Sam Trammell will also star. Or so they think, as this big step will force at least one of them – seemingly fearless drag artist Gabriel (Sion Daniel Young) – to revisit painful memories that marked his childhood following his mother’s passing. RTL’s streamer Videoland began production last month in New York and Madrid, which subbed in for Buenos Aires! It depicts the first encounter with then-Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and her route to becoming a public figure, highlighting her determination and ambition, as well as her struggle to balance the loyalty to her family and her own identity.
