In this comedy, a blizzard hits a seaside town, setting off entwined tales of family, friends, love and loneliness — and Santa making a big mistake. Richard Curtis directs based on his own trilogy of Christmas books for children. It is interesting that British pop sensation Ed Sheeran has written a special song Under the Tree especially for this movie so you can look forward to a nice tune as well. Directed by Ben Taylor and spanning from 1968 to 1978, it will follow three trailblazers facing opposition from the church, state, media and medical establishment, in their pursuit of the world’s first ‘test tube baby’, Louise Joy Brown. The three figures are a young nurse (Thomasin McKenzie), a visionary scientist (James Norton) and an innovative surgeon (Bill Nighy)! The film will open this month at London Film Festival, and should hit cinemas in November and Netflix November 22nd.

Directed by Chris Sanders it is the last movie done within the studio, as the next ones will be ordered from outside studios. It will later stream on Peacock and then on Netflix as well.

Well they usually have just nine, which is eight more than us, but in Sky's new animated comedy movie cats have 10 LIVES as you will see this spring when it hits the UK streamer April 5th with a stellar voice cast which includes Bill Nighy, Mo Gilligan and Zayn Malik who also created the music in this wonderful adventure.

MO GILLIGAN lends his voice to Beckett, a pampered and selfish cat who totally takes for granted the lucky hand he has been dealt. All that is about to change, however, when he carelessly loses his ninth life. Faced with the inevitable, he pleads to be allowed to return to his perfect life. In a moment of exceptional empathy, the Gatekeeper allows him to return to earth with a new set of lives but not quite in the same body…. What he doesn't realise immediately however is that each of these new lives will see him return in a variety of different forms each one teaching him a valuable and timely lesson. It is a journey that sees Beckett turn from gloriously self-absorbed pet to a self-sacrificing hero; because sometimes you must travel many different roads to find the very best version of yourself!
