NANCY TRAVIS TO REUNITE
WITH TIM ALLEN IN SHIFTING GEARS SITCOM
After playing his loving wife in Last Man Standing, Nancy Travis will join Tim Allen in his new sitcom SHIFTING GEARS as well. The sitcom which became ABC's most watched premiere of all times with over 17 million viewers two weeks ago, will see Nancy guest star as a spirited widow named Charlotte, who connects with Allen’s character, Matt. This will
basically be the first time for us to see Tim have a love interest in any of his sitcoms, since he always had a wife in them but in the new one his wife died from heart attack and he lives alone before his estranged daughter moves in back into the house with her kids. Shifting Gears airs Wednesdays on ABC and streams on Hulu.

We have only watched Tim Allen's Home Improvement before...was trying to watch Last Man Standing, but didn't really like it..
ReplyDeleteHome Improvement is available in full on Netflix as of this month or next, I forgot. I loved Last Man Standing all the way up to the sixth season, after that it went downhill, but Tim is the only one that educated people with the message of tolerance and different people living together, so we have to support him.
DeleteI wonder if she'll become a series regular. I really love them as a tv couple.
ReplyDeleteProbably not as the series is not about him having a girlfriend, they will probably fix up horrible Kat Denings with lovely Sean William Scott at some point. Kat ruins the show massively, almost as unbearable as that Asian girl was in LMS.
