ASSASSINS' CREED SERIES
ANNOUNCED OVER AT NETFLIX
Netflix has announced that they have ordered a live action series based on ASSASSIN'S CREED video games with Westworld's Roberto Patino and Halo's David Wiener as show runners and producers. The high-octane thriller will focus on the secret war between two shadowy factions — one set
on determining mankind’s future through control and manipulation, while the other fights to preserve free will. The series follows its characters across pivotal historical events as they battle to shape humanity’s destiny. There was a movie version with Michael Fassbender back in 2016.

I never did get into video games, so this won't be one I'll be on the lookout for. But I bet it does massive numbers at the box office since there are sooo many gamers these days.
ReplyDeleteIt will be a series at Netflix not a cinema film, the old film with Fassy was not bad, but also nothing special, however, they do have lovely costumes, so hope it will be pretty to watch if they don't cast some idiots in it.
DeleteI'll have to tell me daughter about this one. She plays video games, I don't. But it sounds interesting so I might watch it anyway.
ReplyDeleteHow come you do not play games? There are many non violent ones too, methinks.
