EPIC NEW TRAILER AND STUNNING CHARACTER POSTERS

Well, what is an honest man to do when the cold Autumn strikes us as it is striking us right now, but to put on his (fake) fur cape, take his trusted sword and go do some vampire hunting? At least that is what the mistress of vampire slayers Selene is doing in UNDER WORLD 5: BLOOD WARS which should sink its fangs into US cinemas seats in the first week of new 2017, most European ones from November and December and UK next February! You can sink your own teeth into the new trailer and character posters today to get the taste of the upcoming adventure! It is interesting that the sixth instalment is already in works with Kate Beckinsale in the lead role again! 

PROTECT THE BLOOD LINE
In the latest instalment of the legendary vampire saga, the story follows Vampire death dealer Selene (Kate Beckinsale) who has to battle against vicious attacks from both the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction that betrayed her. With her only allies, David (Theo James) and his father Thomas (Charles Dance), she must stop the eternal war between Lycans and Vampires, even if it means she has to make the ultimate sacrifice.

STELLAR EPIC TV CAST

Outlander's Anna Foerster takes the director's seat this time, so it is no wonder that she gave one of the supporting roles to Tobias Menzies who plays new Lycan leader named Marius! But he is not the only star of epic TV shows that stars in the movie since the ensemble cast also includes Sherlock's and Da Vinci's Demons' Lara Pulver as a fiercely ambitious vampire named Semira, Merlin's King Arthur Bradley James and also Game of Thrones' star Charles Dance as Vampire elder Thomas, and Into The Badland's actor Oliver Stark! Trent Garrett will play Selene's new lover Michael!

INTERNAT- IONAL 'THE CLOWN' CAST

Now this is certainly an amazing international cast! As 'Deadline' reports today, our lovely Lily Collins has joined Anthony Lucero's THE CLOWN movie which also has Pål Sverre Hagen, British stars Holliday Grainger, Harry Treadaway and Stacy Martin, Hungarian actor János Derzsi, Serbian star Nikola Djuricko, and French legend Jean-Marc Barr, in the cast.

Set against the backdrop of a small travelling circus, THE CLOWN centres on a European clown and his 5-year-old daughter as they lead each other through the everyday mysteries of love, magic and loss.

MAX BENNETT JOINS 'WILL'

SHAKESPEARE TV SERIES
While we await for TNT to announce the airing date of their new historical series WILL, they've just added Max Bennett to the cast! Shekhar Kapur directed series tells the wild story of young Shakespeare’s (Laurie Davidson) arrival onto the punk rock theatre scene in 16th century London – the seductive, violent world where his raw talent faced rioting audiences, religious fanatics and raucous sideshows. It’s described as a contemporary version of Shakespeare’s life, played to a modern soundtrack that exposes all his recklessness, lustful temptations and brilliance. Max Bennett will play Robert Southwell, Will’s cousin and the most wanted man in England. Father Southwell’s words are more dangerous than the Spanish Armada. A messianic, charismatic leader bent on fomenting Catholic rebellion, Southwell tries to draw Will into his heady world of espionage and religious fundamentalism.

Meanwhile, the first trailer has been released today for Kate Beckinsale's UNDERWORLD 5: BLOOD WARS which will suck its way into cinemas next January.  She reprises her role of Vampire warrior Selene who with her ally David (Theo James) faces a new threat as the war between vampires and werewolves rages on. British stars Charles Dance, Tobias Menzies and Bradley James also star!

A piece of delightful movie news my ladies will like: McDreamy is joining the third Bridget Jones movie! Patrick Dempsey will star in BRIDGET JONES' BABY although it isn't known whom he will play alongside Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth who return to their original roles together with director Sharon Maguire who helmed the first movie. The movie will be based on the newspaper columns that Helen Fielding wrote and not on her BRIDGET JONES: MAD ABOUT THE BOY bestselling book and will follow the mishap-prone British publishing executive as she enters her 40s and finds herself unexpectedly expecting! Hugh Grant is not returning to the franchise.

'UNDERWORLD 5' CASTS

BRADLEY JAMES AND TOBIAS MENZIES AS VILLAINS 
Meanwhile, besides landing, earlier this summer, OUTLANDER and ROME star Tobias Menzies UNDER- WORLD 5 has now cast MERLIN's dearest hunk Bradley James and gorgeous Clementine Nicholson too. Joining Kate Beckinsale, who is returning as vampire warrior Selena, and Theo James, Nicholson will play Lena, the Nordic Coven’s greatest warrior and daughter of Vidar! Bradley James will be the male villain. The movie, which starts shooting next month in Prague, will see Tobias Menzies playing werewolf Marius, a mysterious new Lycan leader!

CHRIS EVANS IN 'GIFTED'

A few weeks ago I've announced that our dearly beloved Chris Evans will lead the cast in GIFTED and now he is joined in it by Oscar winner Octavia Spencer with whom he already starred in outstanding sf thriller SNOWPIERCER. The film follows Frank Adler (Chris Evans), a deliberate underachiever who is raising his niece Mary (McKenna Grace) in rural Florida. When he enrols her in school for the first time, she is labeled as GIFTED. All Frank wants is for Mary to have a normal life, but standing in his way is her grandmother Evelyn and the dilemma that he doesn’t have custody of the child. He decides to take legal action. Octavia Spencer plays Frank's outspoken landlord and a good friend to both him and Mary. Lindsay Duncan plays Evelyn, Frank’s mother who is aristocratic and proper and who took over the custody of Mary after her daughter committed suicide.
