A suspenseful trailer has been released for action thriller movie THE LOST ONES from director Andrew Baird which will arrive to cinemas October 27th just on time for the scary Halloween with our beautiful Laura Haddock, Henry Golding and Alex Pettyfer in the cast. In the countryside, a family's fresh start begins to fracture... Mae has always seen things others can't. Moving to a new home deep in the countryside, her family hope a quiet life will finally silence her visions. It doesn't. When a menacing neighbor raises suspicions, Mae & her sister Isabelle find themselves caught between the threat outside and the secrets growing within their own walls. As Mae's sixteenth birthday arrives, nothing and no one is quite what it seems!
It looks really promising. I've always been drawn to stories where the quiet of the countryside and house secrets carry more weight than whatever is lurking outside. If they manage to keep that constant sense of unease without resorting to cheap jump scares, it has all the makings of a great October release. Definitely one to keep on the radar. A big hug!
