assistance of Prince Grigory Potemkin, against the backdrop of the secret plot of his personal life – his wedding to Empress Catherine II. The plot is based

Уже был сериал про Григория Потемкина - "Фаворит" (2005). Снятый по историческому роману Валентина Пикуля. Екатерину играла Наталья Суркова, Потемкина играл Игорь Ботвин.
ReplyDeleteSpasiva for the info. I have never seen that one, although I have a strange feeling that Surkova played all possible empresses in Russia LOL He was also beautifully cast in Catherine series with Helen Mirren too, but that was about her, not about him.
DeleteThere seems to be a lot of Military history series coming out of Russia at the moment?
ReplyDeleteNot at the moment, they have always been shooting a lot of historical series over there, like five to ten a year, even more if we count the more recent centuries. They often exchange and use the same sets and props too for different projects.
