which arrives to cinemas in New Zealand February 26th with three thespians Miriam Margolyes, Judy Davis and Jacki Weaver in the cast. The story follows a 10-year-old boy (Elijah Tamati) who finds refuge in a run-down convent run by three eccentric nuns after being left devastated by his mother’s death. When he overhears plans to shut the convent down, Brian sparks a daring mission: a road trip to the Southern Alps to find a former nun-turned-lawyer who might save them all. Along the way, the group encounters hilarious mishaps, unlikely allies, and life-changing discoveries about faith, family, and belonging.
