El Cid starts December 18th!
While Netflix has literally saved the Autumn TV season when it comes to the epic series offer with French La Revolution and German shows Barbarians and Oktoberfest: Blood and Beer, rival Amazon Prime, who is preparingLord of the Rings, Wheel of Time and Shadow and Bone epic sagas, will offer us EL CID sweeping epic series quite soon. Today we have the first photos and trailers (two of them) for the Spanish language project. The series starts December 18th! The cast is completed by Amr Waked, who plays the Sultan of Zaragoza Al-Muqtadir and Zohar Liba as Abu Bakr.

  1. This one sounds good. Still haven't cancelled our Netflix account yet like we planned to. I could use a good Spanish speaking show. With COVID19, I haven't spoken it in months and am starting to lose some of my fluency.
