Well, I will be honest people as usual: this looks like the trashiest trashy trash but I guess we shouldn't be surprised since it comes from Shonda Rhimes who is famous for presenting us with tasteless small screen garbage. These new posters and trailer look so cheesy that, while watching the trailer, I kept expecting to hear laughing track because I thought it was some kind of parody. I guess it wasn't supposed to be. Of course, the book series by Julia Quinn, on which BRIDGERTON the series is based, has such a strong fandom, I don't think it will have any problem finding its viewers no matter how silly and offensive it looks.
