    1. I did not know before that Russian ladies wore those lace crowns, I thought it was a Spanish thing, but maybe it was a stylized form or their national kokoshnik headdress.

  4. The lady in the peachy dress and the big bow on her head reminds me of the evil stepsisters in Disney's animated Cinderella LOL. But the costumes are impressive!

    1. I think they are historically very accurate, that outfit Peter is wearing is exactly like the outfit on his famous painting portrait.
