Band of Brothers and The Pacific mini series (which won 15 Emmys in total) are getting a new follow up series over at Apple and they've set the leads for it: Callum Turner and Austin Butler will lead MASTERS OF THE AIR a small screen adaptation of the book by Donald L. Miller, which follows the true, deeply personal story of the American bomber pilots in World
Austin Butler and Callum Turner will play the lead roles
War II who brought the war to Hitler’s doorstep. Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks are producing. Austin Butler will portray Major Gale Cleven, while Callum Turner will be Major John Egan. The ten episode saga will have $200 million budget.

follow the life of Aleksandar Karadjordjevic (played by Ljubomir Bulajic), the prince of Serbia who later became Aleksandar the Unifier after unifying Serbs, Croats and Slovenians in the kingdom of Yugoslavia. As a crown prince of Serbia he had commanding roles in the Balkan Wars in which Serbia fought against the Ottomans and the Bulgarians and won, and then he took part in the bloody battles of World War I. He was also supposed to marry one of the Russian princesses, a daughter of Emperor  Nicholas II before the Romanov family got killed. During the war in which every fifth Serb died, he was a regent with his aged father King Peter I on the throne. In 1921. he became the king of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians which will later become known as Yugoslavia. He fought for the unity of the state, believing that federalism would ruin it as it

    Keep hearing about that Band of Brothers project, yet I have no idea what it is... And, I'm good 😜

They say well over 200 million :) The original series was also expensive, you should actually watch it, it is legendary, has very deep, touching war stories and is considered one of the biggest war sagas ever made for the small screens. And you will like it because it is filled with all the Hollywood hunks when they were younger and fresher :) It is really filled with bromance and brotherly love. I've never seen The Pacific, though, the sequel.

  5. There's Callum Turner again! I have you to thank for introducing him. I used to dislike Tom Hanks, but changed my opinion a few years back.
