  1. This intrigued me until I saw the trailer. I found myself clenching my teeth one too many times during the second half. Who dreams of going to The North Pole?!

    1. That was my thought as well, what is exactly the point of going there or climbing Himalayas? Waste of money and lives.

    2. I guess we have many people who enjoy testing their limits or find life too blah without adventures. I am not one of them, but I enjoy sitting at home and watching them do it :-))

    3. Yes, but imagine being a parent who dedicated his life raising a child and worrying every moment of it of his child's wellbeing only to see that child climb Everest and die there.

  3. Don't think I've watched literally any of these actors & actresses before... 😏 Doesn't have to be a bad thing, though! 🤷‍♂️

  4. I can see gathering a team for research to less than safe places, but just to say you're the first one to reach it? Ridiculous. Like you said, a waste of money and a waste of life.

    1. It boggles the mind indeed. One of our citizens here died a few years ago climbing Everest. God rest his soul, but what a daft idiot....

    2. So many idiots take unnecessary risks. I suppose it's nature's way of weeding the stupid people out of the gene pool.

    3. And did you know that they waste other people's money to die like that? Just permits for climbing Everest cost something like $100,000 or more. The authorities there are like - if we will be getting up with choppers to find their dead bodies we better get money for it in advance LOL

    4. The tax payers shouldn't have to foot the bill for their foolishness, so I'd demand such high payment up front as well. I hear that on the climbs sometimes they are stepping over dead bodies. Like, how can you continue such a climb when you are stepping over bodies of those who didn't make it. If that isn't a sign you're an idiot, then I don't know what is.

    5. Especially as they're wasting money from other people, money that can be used to feed the kids.
