    1. My favourite movies are British and Australian comedies and films :)

  2. This sounds lovely! I hope that the coronavirus doesn't impact the release like it has with many films in the US.

    1. It probably will, the situation in Europe currently is that they are closing everything but the supermarkets. We have state of emergency as of tomorrow here as well.

    2. We have the same. No schools, no childcare, no toilet paper, and stores are charging $135 for a box of cereal! I'm getting increasingly nervous, but my heart broke when my 6 year old asked me if we would starve..

    3. We have tons of toilet paper, but people are still buying it like there's no tomorrow, but we have no masks, nor sanitizers which is very alarming. Don't let the kids watch TV especially news. Our country has opened one of the TV channels on which teachers are holding lessons for all grades and classes each day like in real school to keep them educated and busy too.

    4. That's a great idea to keep the education going. We've received zero direction and are just floundering in panic over here. The shelves are empty. We can't even find diapers for the baby.

    5. Can you order them online? We also have a rule according to which everybody older than 65 is forbidden to go out, which is lovely as they are usually the dirtiest, they like to lick fingers in supermarkets and whatnot.... My mom is 70, so she is under house arrest LOL

    6. You can't order online either. There is nothing left and even Amazon is unable to schedule any deliveries at the moment. We will make due, even if we have to use napkins after we tinkle. Glad to hear that mommy is under house arrest. It may be a good call for her. Is there any end in sight yet?

    7. I just went to the grocers tonight and Jesus Christ it was ridiculous. No rice, beans, bread, potatoes, pasta, hand soap, toilet paper or sanitizer. There was plenty of junk food though. Thankfully, I had plenty of food already stocked in the house, but I needed a few staples and was only about to get half of what was on my list. No biggie, but these doomsday buyers are really starting to piss me off.

    8. Remember when I told you that they feed you with too many zombie and violent shows which then make you insensitive in reality, that is exactly what is happening now with that ridiculous shopping spree mania. And why don't your shops limit the amount of items one can buy? We always have that for oil, flour, sugar etc.

I've no idea about the end, some are waiting for warmer weather expecting it will end then, but how come the virus is in Africa and Australia too, then? We need a full lock down, just one person per house permitted to go out twice a week, no public places opened, and delivery services must be of state importance.

    9. Jason has banned all people from coming in our house and he is borderline crazy about sanitizing and hand washing when he goes out, only because I am on immunosuppressing drugs. It makes me mad to see people still out socializing like this isn't a big deal. My doctor just canceled some of my upcoming surgeries and said they are only taking appointments that are absolutely necessary. If people would keep their asses home and practice good hygiene, we could get this under control. But no, we have stupid people out there licking toilet seats and wiping spit on subway poles, so I don't see this slowing down any time soon. People suck.

    10. Yep, I've been apocalypse shopping today for me and my mother (people over 65 are officially prohibited from going out here and we also have a curfew for everyone from 8pm tonight) and I've seen people sitting in cafes, even some older people breaking the ban. But in most shops they don't let more than five to ten people inside, so there are lines in front of drugstores and such shops. Till the end of the week they will stop intercity buses and probably city buses too and workers will be taken to factories by factory buses not by public transport. Lock yourself in da house, deary. Although I'm looking forward meeting you one day up in heavens, I think it is still too early for the two of us to drop dead LOL

    11. They haven't banned the old people from going out here, but they are letting them shop for the first two hours of store openings by themselves for their grocery needs, which is nice.

You keep yourself safe too. It is way too early for us to be parting ways down here!

    12. Yes, we are planning something similar, some of our shops will be opened just for the elderly people from 4AM till 7AM on Sundays when nobody is out.

  3. Yes, this one is positively delightful. Some day I will also have my own bakery, then Allison can live my dream and take it over once I'm gone :P
