NETFLIX PREPARING 1ST CENTURY EPIC TV SERIES THE BARBARIANS ON GERMANIC WARRIORS' FIGHT AGAINST THE ROMAN EMPIRE IN FAMOUS TEUTOBURG FOREST BATTLE

Yesterday I announced Luna Nera epic TV series that Netflix did in Italy, last month I've also announced the sprawling epic series El Cid that Amazon is shooting in Spanish, Netflix French language series Bonfire of Destiny is currently streaming with great success, and in 2020 they are also moving to Germany! They've already gathered cast for historical adventure THE BARBARIANS a six episode saga about three people's fates interwoven in the legendary Battle of the Teutoburg Forest in 9 A.D., during which Germanic warriors halt the spread of the Roman Empire.

The Series Will Depict the famous battle of the Teutoburg Forest, in which Germanic warriors stopped the northward advance of the Roman Empire in back in the ninth century! Created by Arne

Nolting, Jan Martin Scharf and Andreas Heckmann, the bloody encounter of two worlds is interwoven with the destinies of three young people who journey from innocence to guilt, loyalty to betrayal, and love to hate.

The series has an international cast with German, French, Austrian, Hungarian actors taking the roles, young David Schütter will play a character named Folkwin Wolfspeer, Bernhard Schütz will be Segestes, Sergej Onopko will be Hadgan, Nikolai Kinski will be Pelagios, Jeanne Goursaud is Thusnelda, Laurence Rupp is Arminius.

Tribes Of Europa is another German series that will come to Netflix this year, but it is sf and it follows three siblings in the year 2070 who
David Schutter and Nikolai Kinski will also star in the series
fight to survive in an apocalyptic Europe that has been fractured into countless micro-states after a mysterious global catastrophe.

  4. This sounds very interesting.. some of the best books I've read were around three different characters who's stories intertwined. We really need to invest in Netflix.

    2. Nope, we just have Prime, Disney+, and the CW. My hubby did download an app that lets us stream certain things, but it's not reliable.

  5. I don't think this event takes place in the 9th century. It happened in 9 AD, so it's the 1st century.
