NEW EPIC SERIES FROM MEXICO
While you are probably still recovering from Christmas feasts and other holiday delights, your ever so trusted and work-hardy spy is taking you today over to exotic South America and Mexico and their epic series
SITIADOS: MEXICO an eight episode period set adventure drama that aired this summer over at their
Fox Premium but we somehow missed it before and we sorely need to establish

Alfonso Herrera and
Eréndira Ibarra, the story is set around the years 1660 and 1680 between attacks and looting in Veracruz, Mexico! Although it has a standalone story, it is considered a third season of the Sitiados anthology series (
Sitiados and
Sitiados: La Otra Cara de la Conquista) which started back in 2015. Check out the trailer below for the series filled with grand sets, pirates, adventure, romance and battle! As you can see from the photos of the cast alone, the costumes in this rich production are extremely opulent and lavish.
The Story Of The Series
revolves around the Mexican municipality of Veracruz of
the seventeenth century, specifically, 1683. In a world full of pirates,
shamans and caste conflicts, the inhabitants of the city will have to
seek survival. The protagonist,

murder of his father when he was young, having been unfairly hanged. 25
years later, he returns to collect

arrives at the governor's house presenting himself as Lorenzo. No one
knows his ulterior motives, although they don't take long to surface!
Not directly on point, but My Rare One and I were just listening to mariachi music while we played Mexican Train dominoes. I won!

DeleteSitiados (Besieged) brings the usual: mystery, revenge, romance, battles.Viewers like that mixture and so, it's constantly offered to them.

I like the colours in the series too!

DeleteI'd take away property to parents whose kids are criminals :) Then all the parents would turn into policemen instead of counting on society to discipline their brats.
DeleteAfter raising Leah, I don't blame all parents for shitty kids. Jason and I did everything in our power to straighten that child out, and she was still a monster. We begged for help from every agency in the state and nobody wanted to step in. So, when she turns 18, she'll be society's problem and they will finally have to listen. So, some people are just born assholes, even with people trying to guide them in the right direction, they will always be assholes because that's just how they are made.
DeleteYes, but Leah was already ruined when she came to you, deary, you were not her parent from the beginning, if you were I'm absolutely sure she would be a proper child like your kids. If we'd accept my laws your sister would be rotting in jail where she belongs :)

ReplyDeleteLorenzo Lamas was, for example, a very hot Lorenzo back in my old days. Be careful with teasing the staff, everything today can be seen as sexual harassment :)
DeleteThat is sadly very true advice. You never know who is sensitive these days. I was afraid to give out Christmas cards this year because they specifically said "Merry Christmas".
DeleteYes, I hear it is forbidden to say Merry Christmas in many companies. As an atheist I understand why, but I never get offended by it myself. Am I offended, though, when they put religion in schools.
