When Joan is unexpectedly diagnosed with breast cancer, the course of her treatment shines a light on their relationship as they are faced with the challenges that lie ahead and the prospect of what might happen if something were to happen to Joan. 'FRACTURED' TRAILER

Another thriller for you this week, this time coming from Netflix, for their movie FRACTURED with Sam Worthington, which will stream
from October 11th! Driving home after a tense holiday weekend with his in-laws, Ray Monroe (Sam Worthington), a well meaning but overwhelmed family man, pulls into a rest area with his wife Joanne (Lily Rabe) and daughter Peri (Lucy Capri). The trip takes a turn for the worse when Peri is hurt in an accident and the family rushes to a nearby emergency room run by a staff with dubious intentions.
After being sent away for further testing Peri and Joanne vanish and all records of their visit disappear. Ray's concern turns into a desperate race to find his family and discover the truth of what happened to them.

I'm sure "Ordinary Love" will resonate with many women and couples. Like everyone, I know so many women who have had breast cancer or who are going through it now!
ReplyDeleteAlmost every other one, sadly, and it is even worse for men as nobody even deals and talks about cancer in men.
DeleteI love romantic dramas, and this one seems to be 'my cup of tea'. It's not original; it doesn't have to be original, only relevant. And it is definitely relevant.
ReplyDeleteLiam Neeson's name automatically reminds us of the tragic death of his wife, Natasha Richardson (member of the Redgrave family of actors). She died after falling on a ski slope. Her death had a message: wear a helmet and don't ignore falling on your head even though there seems to be no injury.
Yes, it was such a sad death, I know that their son, who also acts now, talk about its effect on him recently. And it was also difficult for Joely Richardson, her sister, especially as they were never close to their mother Vanessa.

DeleteLove Neeson's movies, even the ones that really suck, so this one I'll watch. Can't be worse than Last Blood, which might as well have been called: Last Blood: Blood Porn.
