Netflix! World's most popular streaming service has just released stunning first photos from their new epic fantasy TV series
THE WITCHER depicting the most dashing
Henry Cavill as the title hero and other two characters that will follow him on his adventures. It is also possible that we will get the first long awaited trailer later this month as the show will appear on San Diego Comic Con this July! It is one of the most anticipated new shows, which could gain worldwide fame when it hits the small screens.

I've never watched this series and it's too bad, because it looks quite entertaining.

DeleteI think the Brits need real people like Ross Poldark (despite his many faults).
ReplyDeleteThey say the leading actor furnished his kitchen with items taken from the set. Perhaps, he was given permission.
I've read it too, I don't know what he took exactly, his estate of Nampara in the series is a rather ugly village house :) maybe he stole from the neighbours. His character really is heroic in the series, which makes his constantly nagging wife even more irritating as she does not appreciate him.
DeleteWe've been waiting to see The Witcher. Henry (Didn't my autocorrect call him Herbert once?) is one I can't wait to feast my eyes upon once again!
ReplyDeleteIt is my most anticipated series this year, I so miss him on the telly! I remember we were the first ones to discover him in Tudors and he is still burning bright!
DeleteYep, it was his role in Tudors that made me take notice. I think I liked him even more than Jonathan Rhys Meyers in it.
DeleteDuke Charles Brandon was our fave, and that blond lord from the court that was gay and died from sweating fever :( I still adore the Canadian actor that played him who was previously their Olympic athlete. And also Mariah Doyle Kennedy as Catherine of Aragon, it is a travesty what they did with her character in Spanish Princess one of the most atrocious series I've watched.
