With the news that Mad About You classic sitcom might be renewed as well with the couple now living through their grown up daughter preparing for college (apparently both Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt are up for it), new

Over at CBS, they've announced the start of their new multicam sitcom LIVING BIBLICALLY for Monday February 26! Jay R. Ferguson plays a modern day man at a crossroads in his life who decides to live strictly in
accordance with the Bible. He's the film critic for a New York newspaper and a soon-to-be father who wants to be a better man following the loss of his best friend. As he begins his sincere spiritual journey toward a more moral life with
the help of his wife and friends, he wonders if he’ll be able to take a page – or every page – out of the Good Book, and if the effect will be of Biblical proportions.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the revamped "Roseanne" is going to be like, but I was never a big fan of "Mad About You" in the first place, so meh to its return.
ReplyDeleteYep, Helen Hunt always annoyed me, the same as Roseanne who could not act even if her life depended on it, I do respect her strength in defending her political attitudes even if I don't always agree with her. I wish they kept LAST MAN STANDING, twould be fun having two open republican supporters, her and Tim Allen, having an hour of comedy together :)
DeleteI think my mom used to watch Mad About You, so I am sure she'll love the return. I'd like to see Rules of Engagement do a come back. Jason and I really liked that 1/2 hour comedy.

DeleteAlf would be so fun! If Last Man Standing couldn't come back, I'd be on board with Home Improvement. However, I don't think the boy that played the youngest son would be for it (kinda like the Olsen twins). The other two boys did make a cameo appearance in Last Man Standing, but the third did not.
Deletethey can easily say he is out on college or somewhere abroad and problem solved, like with the Olsens :) They did poke fun with the Olsens in Fuller House and I loved it :)
