STAR STUDDED ROMANTIC MOVIE "VALENTINE'S DAY"

Here's another romantic story awaiting us this year in cinemas. Directed by Garry Marshall "Valentine's Day" has an amazing star studded cast including Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, Queen Latifah and many more. Giving a hilarious new look at romance "Valentine's Day" is a comedy about 10 people in Los Angeles whose lives intersect on this particular romantic holiday. In keeping with its name the movie is set to premiere on February 12th, 2010, and you can check out the trailer bellow. Sounds like "Love Actually" set in a warmer season :)

  1. When I first saw the trailer for this all I could think of was Love Actually but only more american and a whole lot worse.

  2. yep, it probably will be worse since it doesn't have the important British charm, but I will still give it a go because of all those cool actors playing in it.

  3. I thinks its third in the love-ensemble, city-based film. Love, Actually (London) and Paris, J'taime (Paris). Every filmmaking city should have one.

  4. A lot of good actors...especially Anne Hathaway and Ashen Kutcher. I am not in romantic flicks but will probably see it. Americans can be charming and romantic too....

  5. Most of us will see it because of that cast, if nothing else. Which reminds me, when will I get a chance to see "New York, I Love you"? I know its more drama than romantic comedy, but it shares similar premise and structure, with "Valentine's Day".
It seems weird to me to make such an ensemble of actors and directors, and than make it an indie film, and show it in so limited release in USA

  6. yes, I agree that every city should have one love movie :) There's nothing better when you mix romance with urban atmosphere and spice it a bit with festive feeling.

I haven't seen NEW YORK I LOVE YOU myself, but I'm planning to. As I said, I adore NewYork movies shot on the sidewalks of the Big Apple.

  7. It really looks like they are trying an american version of Love Actually. Somehow I don't think it will be anywhere nearly as good as Love Actually...

  8. It definitely won't be anywhere near LOVE ACTUALLY but it will probably be a lot of fun :)
