GORGEOUS FIRST IMAGES FROM PUSHKIN'S FAIRY TALE MOVIE THE TALE OF THE SLEEPING PRINCESS AND THE SEVEN KNIGHTS

 1ST EPIC MOVIE IMAGES
FROM SLEEPING PRINCESS & SEVEN KNIGHTS
Straight from Russia we have gorgeous first images from new fairy tale big screen movie THE TALE OF THE SLEEPING PRINCESS AND THE SEVEN KNIGHTS (Сказка о спящей царевне и семи богатырях) which is now in production and will arrive into cinemas December 2027 in time of holidays. Sarik Andreasyan is directing the film based on Pushkin's tale which will star Anton Khabarov as the Tsar, Liza Moryak as Kalisa, Ilya Masalsky as Prince Elisha, Veronika Zhuravleva as the Princess, while the seven knights will be played by Stanislav Bondarenko, Alexander Metelkin, Anton Pampushny, Leo Kandelaki, Yevgeny Shirikov, Anton Momot, and Anton Zhizhin.
WHAT IS THE STORY OF THE FILM?
A young princess lives in a palace with her father and a stepmother who hides her wicked nature behind a mask of virtue. When a magic mirror declares the stepdaughter to be the fairest of them all, the envious queen decides to get rid of her rival. Left alone in a dense, dark forest, the girl finds shelter in the home of seven heroic brothers. Meanwhile, Prince Elisha sets out in search of his missing fiancée, unaware of the trials that lie ahead for them both.

  2. Le fiabe hanno sempre incantato per le lor intense fiabe ed anche in questo caso l'opera sarà un successo. Bellezza dei costumi in corso di lavorazione.
    Buona giornata

  3. That first image looks like one of those images AI gives you when you ask it for something very specific. The beautiful actress has a completely AI-generated face: so smooth and perfect that she hardly seems real. The Russian setting and those costumes attract me, and I would like to see what they do with Pushkin’s tale, although almost nothing from that part of the world is released here in Spain. I will probably have to settle for the images you show us. Sending you a warm hug.

  4. A stepmother, a magic mirror and a forest with seven brothers, so Snow White clearly has older Russian cousins. Funny that the seven are knights here and not small miners.

    1. A lot of Andersen's and Grim's tales were based on Russian old folks tales and also the opposite, Pushkin, who collected Russian folk tales, was sometimes inspired by their stories, Snegurochka is a Russian tale, but this one is different, number seven is a number that often appears in fairy tales, magical mirrors also.
