STAR TREK SERIES RETURNS THIS JULY
It has already been announced that the upcoming fourth and fifth seasons of STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS will be the final ones, but now it has also been announced that the official date for the launch of the fourth
season will be July 23rd with new episodes streaming weekly on Paramount Plus. The streamer has also released first images from the new
season featuring Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck
and others who have already shot both final seasons earlier last winter. The final
season will have only six episodes, while the fourth one will have the usual ten. It is not impossible that the series might birth a spin off in which Paul
Wesley takes over Enterprise as Captain Kirk after guest starring in this series. You can see him in one of the season four images today together with
Dan Jeannotte who plays his brother Sam Kirk, a regular crew member of Enterprise. We also know that Thomas Jane will join the last season next year as Doctor Bones and Kai Murakami as Sulu.

ReplyDeleteIt is one of the better Star Trek series, although sometimes in some episodes a bit annoying.
DeleteI'm not ready for this to end! Strange New Worlds has been the best part of Paramount+ for the last few years.
ReplyDeleteI have mixed feelings, although I like most of the crew (minus the doctor, nurse and Uhura) they did have more weak than good episodes in last two seasons, too many of those silly digressive episodes instead of exploring new worlds. And too much focus on nurse and her lovers and Kirk.

DeleteI never got into Star Trek, but I am sure there will be many that will be sad that this series will be coming to an end soon.
