Bogart’s pop Romeo & Juliet musical, the first film in an original pop musical
trilogy based around the real-life story that inspired
Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Ferdia Walsh-Peelo and Dan Fogler are also starring in the film which was originally supposed to arrive this Christmas.

Have never watched Romeo and Juliet...and have no plan to change that...but the pop musical does sound very intriguing to me. We just finished British crime thriller 'Bodies'...it was interesting first, but at the end, I was lost..and for the political correct, they had to squeeze some gay scenes there...just annoying.

DeleteThis one unfortunately doesn't interest me, though I think Rebel is looking quite nice with her weight loss. Hopefully she advances to less white trash roles. I feel like her and Melissa McCarthy were the big girls that people only seen as characters who can only take on self deprecating roles.

DeleteI hope so. I actually like her, I just don’t care that she always plays the same character over and over again.
DeleteI wrote her off after that hosting gig at the Baftas, it was so primitive and irreverent in a nasty, vulgar way.
DeleteI didn’t see it. I’ll have to go google it. I don’t pay much attention to actors much outside of their movies or programs unless I’m forced to learn more about them through the news or an influx in social media posting. I did not even know that Matthew Perry was an alcoholic until after his death. I just knew I loved his character on Friends.
DeleteThe video of her intro at the awards was very viral, deary, she was vulgar and offensive and everybody hated her.
DeleteMatthew Perry had a ski accident back in the days and got addicted to pain killers due to it and that is how he started using drugs, poor sod. I adored him as he was a very lovely man and very loving. His book is out here soon, so I am hoping my editor will give it to me to do a review so that I can find out more about his story.
I will have to read his book. It's sad how something like a ski accident can spiral out of control to addiction. But that's big pharma for you.
DeletePain is difficult to handle as you know. I remember that Roseanne had the storyline about that with her knee hurting for years and she becoming addictive to pain killers and needing a surgery Dan could not pay for her, so she was spiralling around pain killers for years.
