SIBLINGS LEFT WITH NOTHING IN CHANNEL 5 NEW THRILLER MINI TV SERIES THE INHERITANCE WHICH STARTS NEXT WEEK!

    THE INHERITANCE
NEW CHANNEL 5 SERIES
Beside the news that Disney Plus has opted out of Nautilus, epic TV series on Captain Nemo (rumour has it that they are trying to shop it elsewhere as it cost them close to $200 million), I also have for you a spotlight on THE INHERITANCE thriller mini TV series which will air weekly on Channel 5 from Monday, September 4th and will also be available online on their My5. Check out the trailer down below.

  THE FOUR PART SERIES
revolves around three siblings (Robert James-Collier, Gaynor Faye and Jemima Rooper) who are left reeling by an unexpected family tragedy. Upon discovering their exclusion from the will, they embark on a perilous quest to uncover the truth behind the death, pondering whether it was an unfortunate accident or a sinister murder. The series delves into shattered secrets, fractured relationships, and lost lives as the siblings strive to reclaim their rightful inheritance and decipher the enigma surrounding them, prompting the age-old question: Is family loyalty unbreakable?

 THE FIRST EPISODE SEES
Sian, Daniel, and Chloe Watson left in shock following their father Dennis’s sudden demise. To their astonishment, his will reveals that everything, including the family home, is bequeathed to a woman they’ve never encountered. This woman (Samantha Bond), who had a clandestine 14-year affair with their father and married him in secret, becomes the epicentre of suspicion. As the siblings scrutinize their father’s life, they harbour growing doubts about Susan’s involvement in his death. Why was her existence concealed from them? Why was Dennis hiding signs of dementia? Unsettling discoveries of hidden potent substances and chemicals around his house raise more questions. Moreover, the contradiction between his wish for cremation and his prearranged burial plot alongside their mother baffles them. While the  siblings attempt to piece together the puzzle, they remain oblivious to the fact that someone is surveilling them – Dennis’s family videos are being watched, and secrets are being monitored.

  1. I wish this would be on Netflix, because I like British thrillers.

    1. Channel 5 often does them really good especially these mini series. They have become much more interesting than BBC which I have not watched in ages, methinks.

  2. This sounds interesting but unless it's on Netflix or Amazon Prime I won't be watching it.

    1. I do plan to watch this one, sounds intriguing and sometimes I like those little Channel 5 and 4 mini series in between watching more expensive shows.
