Turning Red will arrive next week

Mean while, Disney and Pixar's latest animated comedy movie TURNING RED is ready to hit the cinemas next week March 11th and we have hilarious new posters for this coming of age tale showing all of the emotions the red bear goes through. The voice cast is led by little Rosalie Chiang who lends her voice to Mei Lee, a 13 year old who suddenly “poofs” into a giant red panda when she gets too excited. Sandra Oh is giving voice to Mei Lee’s protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, who is never far from her daughter, an unfortunate reality for the teenager. Domee Shi is directing the movie.

THE STORY OF TURNING RED

 revolves around Mei Lee, a confident, dorky 13-year-old torn between staying her mother’s dutiful daughter and the chaos of adolescence. Her protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, is never far from her daughter — an unfortunate reality for the teenager. And as if changes to her interests, relationships, and body weren’t enough, whenever she gets too excited (which is practically ALWAYS), she “poofs” into a giant red panda!
