The project is planned as film trilogy
Time has set Zack Stentz to pen the story in the first of three planned films which will complement the story in the upcoming TV series. AGE OF LEGENDS, the first one, will be set several millennia before the time of the books, in a period known as the “Age of Legends”— a futuristic utopia powered by a magical force shared by men and women known as the “One Power.” When an unspeakable evil is unleashed upon the world, civilization descends into chaos, and war blankets the globe. When men using the One Power become insane and destroy much of the planet, a small band of women unite under the White Tower, and are humanity’s last hope of survival.

  PIXAR'S TURNING RED TEASER
GROWING UP IS A BEAST!
A week ago I first presented you this one and now we have a delightful first teaser and a new poster: TURNING RED is scheduled to arrive into
Turning Red arrives March 11th next year
theatres next March and it will be Pixar's first cinematic project beside Luca since corona outbreak started. This delightful animated comedy will revolve around a confident thirteen year old little girl Mei Lee who poofs into a giant red panda whenever she gets overly excited and that happens a lot in the awkward teenage years. Sandra Oh voices Mei Lee’s protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, who is never far from her daughter — an unfortunate reality for the teenager. The movie comes from Domee Shi who both wrote and directed the flick. Check out the highly delightful and fun trailer below (not counting her mom kicking a school guard, that was disgusting - violence against men) and tell us what you think.

  1. My husband enjoys fantasy, but we don't have Amazon premier.

    1. I have Luca downloaded, but haven't watched yet. I watched a beautiful Sublet movie this weekend set in Tel Aviv, very lovely.

    2. I usually love Pixar as well, but I wasn't a huge fan of Luca. I mean, it was OK, but definitely not the level of their other films like Toy Story or Finding Nemo.

    3. Will see soon when I watch it, but I did not like neither Toy Story nor Nemo LOL Never understood the fuss.

    4. Really? You didn't like Luca? I thought it was so cute. The family didn't want to watch with me, so I watched it on my own. Now, I loved Nemo, but Toy Story was just OK for me. I suppose we all have our own favorites though.

    6. My favorite Disney film is still The Little Mermaid!

    7. And that one is getting ruined with the blackwashed live version.

    8. Little Mermaid is still my favorite, too, followed by Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Tangled and Brave.

    10. I didn't see Raya, but I second Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and Tangled. I love a good Disney princess romance. lol

    11. You will like Raya, I thought I wouldn't, because I think there is way too much animated films on Asian characters, but it was really epic and fun.

    12. I'll be sure to check that one out then asap!

  3. Pixar keeps outdoing themselves, at least IMO 😏 Or it may be the fact I haven't seen that many Pixar movies in years... 🤷‍♂️

I enjoyed Luca when it came out. This does too. But March NEXT year? Well, that's a long time to wait. 🙄

    1. It is, Disney will have Encanto animated adventure this Autumn, but I will skip it as I cannot stand the mediocre Lin Manuel Miranda.

  4. I'm looking forward to watching Turning Red with the kiddies. The trailer was fun to watch. I laughed at the mom stalking her child behind the tree. That may be me when the kids go to college. hahaha

    1. Hope you won't be violently attacking school guards like this bitch in the trailer did, and in a movie for kids!!! I'm scandalized. It is like teaching kids it is perfect normalcy kicking men. Imagine if he kicked her.
