  1. Why the hell would they be holding a real film festival right now? Will they be whining next month when half the attendees end up with Covid?

    1. Because they are irresponsible. Even if the pandemics was weakened, Italy is still the mothership of the virus and I don't think anyone should travel there any time soon, and besides, who needs a glam festival in a country where tens of thousands were buried dead this spring???

  2. I thought the same thing as Theresa. Why in the world would they thin that holding a film festival is a good idea right now. Good grief.

    1. Especially in Italy out of all countries! People are crazy. Our tennis player Novak Djokovic, world's number one, also thought he was smart when he organized Adria Tour here at the Balkans, it ended up with a number of players and guests and their family members contracting corona alongside Novak and his wife themselves. Some people just have too big heads...

  3. I just saw Stanley Tucci in a Monk rerun the other night and I got all excited. While I'm a fan of all his work, The Devil Wears Prada is one that never gets old. :)

    1. He was really nice in it, especially as he is a very dandy gent in his private life as well, actually so much that I've always thought he was gay, but I think he has a wife :)

    2. Oooh, I always thought he was gay too. Well, cheers to his wife then. She's a lucky lady as I am sure he treats her very well.

    3. Maybe I can trade his wife and let her have Jason for a bit. That man can't cook for shit. I need a Stanley to make me a meal for a change. How lovely would that be!?

    4. Lovely indeed, I haven't had a meal that I did not prepare myself in a decade or so probably....

    5. The girls have made me breakfast in bed for Mother's Day the past few years, but a real homemade dinner is not something I ever get. Jason will offer to go to a local restaurant and buy me a meal to bring home, but that's just lazy. It would be nice if he'd make a pasta dish or soup. Those aren't even hard :(

    6. But if he is simply not talented for cooking and clueless about it than it is as if he would ask you to fix your cars once in a while LOL It is nice that he at least brings home meals sometimes, I'd like that. You should train the girls to cook for you at least once a week, I remember that Ally used to do that before.

    7. She still does, but I have to supervise and help out a lot here and there, so it's not really her cooking for the family but me helping her cook. I guess I can't complain too much about Jason though because once in a while he will make me an omelette (of course, if he was already making one for himself first), but in my next life, I am marrying a chef.

    8. In my next life I'm gonna be a millionaire with my own private chef, baker, pastry maker and a harem of course..

    9. Well, you better invite me over to enjoy some of this too then LOL
