PREMIUM SPOTLIGHT ON REGENCY ERA SET JANE AUSTEN TV SERIES ADAPTATION SANDITON WITH THEO JAMES, ROSE WILLIAMS, LEO SUTER, ANNE REID, KRIS MARSHALL!

      'SANDITON' EPIC TV DRAMA
WELCOME TO REGENCY ERA!
Poldark is finally ending forever, spylings, tonight and tomorrow night (which is probably for the best given how embarrassingly atrocious the final season has been), so what are we going to watch now when it comes to period
We are all heading to the summer resort of Sanditon tonight!
set dramas? Well, SANDITON of course, which starts tonight at ITV clashing in the prime time spot with Captain Ross and his constantly nagging wife. SANDITON is, as I informed you  before, the small screen adaptation of

Jane Austen's last book, and it will also air sometime later this year at PBS for the American audience. The cast includes Rose Williams, Theo James, Anne Reid, Kris Marshall, Kate Ashfield, Jack Fox, Adrian Rawlins, Turlough Convery, Mark Stanley, Matthew Needham, Alexandra Roach, Leo

boring Austen raunchy out of a sudden. But I'm sure there will be other offensive liberal agenda stuck within a fully nonliberal era just for the sake (or joke) of it. Austen herself has finished only 11 chapters of the novel before she died in 1817.

THE STORY OF SANDITON
follows the impulsive, spirited and unconventional Charlotte Heywood (Rose Williams) and her spiky relationship with the charming Sidney Parker (Theo James). When a chance accident transports her from her rural

THE INHABITANTS OF SANDITON!
In the eight part drama, Anne Reid will play Lady Denham. Two husbands dead and gone, Lady Denham received money from the first and a title from the second and expects to be treated with a great deal of deference.
Jack Fox and Charlotte Spencer are Edward and Ester Denham
Notoriously tight-fisted, she seems to delight in the power that she wields over the town, particularly those waiting to cash in from her death. Playing the head of the Parker family, Kris Marshall stars in the eight part series as Tom

  1. An unfinished last novel before death is not promising source material for a mini-series, methinks.

    1. I'm sure the writers gave themselves tons of freedom as they always do...

  2. Superb photos, each one of them!!
Is it free to use them, or do you need permission from the relevant filmography sites where you get the info for your posts?

    1. Sometimes they are not allowed to be posted before certain date, usually a week ahead of the premiere when it comes to ITV. Some networks give us media access to their special media sites, but not many of them, most of them even geoblock their material even their own sites (most of American TV channel websites for example)... I do what I can :) Sometimes I steal, sometimes I don't... sometimes I choose not to post any of their projects if they are nasty to us media... after all we're just poor little bloggers who don't really earn big monies through this.... and we promote them for free....

    2. ITV has a man who's job is to issue photos to media, but he usually does a lousy business LOL and BBC is just pure evil towards media :) Sky is probably the best... American networks are nasty sods, excuse my French :)

    3. Thanks for the detailed reply. Indeed, it seems you're promoting them for free.

  3. I have agree with Debra. Not that it couldn't be fun, but, just not Jane Austen.

    1. It definitely won't be your typical Austen, she is probably fainting numerous times in her grave without any smelling salts at hand...

  4. Lots of naked bums you say? Might make it worth tuning in for ;)

    1. They say last night's episode was too raunchy for Austen and I also found out that the black missus wasn't really black in Austen's novel, which means it's another liberal agenda, Austen just says she is a rich heiress from West Indies which probably isn't what the writers of this show have in mind.

    2. Sounds like more pc bullshit to appease the masses. I'm so over that, I may not tune in. I done supporting the politically correct crowd!
