BILL NIGHY IS A SUPER STYLISH TAILOR IN SOMETIMES ALWAYS NEVER HEARTFELT COMEDY DRAMA TRAILER

     'SOMETIMES ALWAYS NEVER'
HEARTFELT BILL NIGHY TRAILER
The film will hit US cinemas in October
This one already played in UK and Australian cinemas this June but will hit US ones in October. SOMETIMES ALWAYS NEVER is a British comedy drama starring Bill Nighy as Alan, a stylish tailor with moves as sharp as his suits. He has spent years searching tirelessly for his missing son Michael, who stormed out over a game of Scrabble. With a body to identify and his family torn apart, Alan must repair the relationship with his youngest son Peter and solve the mystery of an online player who he thinks could be Michael, so he can finally move on and reunite his family. The film is based on Triple Word Score story by Frank Boyce
The title refers to the Sometimes, Always, Never Three-Button Rule. When wearing a suit with three buttons a man should sometimes button the top button, depending on the style of the suit, always button the middle button, and never button the bottom button.

  2. Rather odd title, but the plot is simple and relevant to us all: family and loss.
With the right humor and acting, it could be a gem.
I like the poster. The tailor looks good under the umbrella.

    1. Yep, the title is explained at the end of the post, I've never heard of the expression myself before either.

  4. Scrabble can bring out the worst in people. I've had some heated games with my family in the past. Now, I just stick to Words With Friends, but have had some sore losers on there who will quit mid game if they aren't winning.

  5. That is the best plot ever. I love everything Scrabble related. Mark that on my calendar.
