epic retelling of the medieval tale of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.
The legendary story of brave Sir Gawain and the GREEN KNIGHT is one
of the most famous tales from the early stages of English literature.
The legend revolves around courageous and faithful Sir Gawain, a knight of
King Arthur’s Round Table, who accepts the challenge of beheading the
Green Knight and must wait a year and a day to receive a blow in return.
In the end it turns into a test of his loyalty to the king.

Meanwhile, first trailer has been released for the sequel to 2016 beloved animated hit THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2 which should paw its way into cinemas around the world next summer, June 2019! As in the first movie,

The faithful Sir Gawain accepts to behead The Green Knight. I wonder how he would have dealt with Hashouggi, the journalist murdered at the saudi embassy in Ankara. They say the murderer was the king's loyal friend. So far, there are only speculations as to how the murder was carried out, no body.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally at a loss with that case, I've heard, but don't know anything about it. Just as I don't understand today's election results in USA. I mostly don't even follow domestic politics as I find it bad for my mental wellbeing :)

ReplyDeleteAs for USA, I don't follow either. It makes me sad as I see a big nation in the process of disintegration.
I think the process started with Barack Osama, he brought the deep division and also caused the biggest exodus of people on the planetary level by invading some of the Asian countries and supporting ISIS. Maybe it is all for the good, who knows, maybe China and Russia will bring a different balance of power in the world when they take over everything, at least they're not warmongering nations.

DeleteThe biggest legacy of the first two decades of the 21st century is the tragic loss of truth.... we no longer have it, respect it, cannot base anything around it any more... A virtual reality, one might say. And not just the truth of the present moment, but also of the past... you've probably noticed the trend of changing historical truths and facts too...
