SENSATIONAL TRAILER AND POSTERS FOR CHINA'S MOST EXPENSIVE EPIC FANTASY ADVENTURE EVER 'ASURA' OUT THIS SUMMER!

  FIRST 'ASURA' TRAILER
CHINA'S MOST EXPENSIVE FILM
The movie hits cinemas next summer
Some time ago, I have shown you the first pictures for a movie that has Oscar winning costume and set designers working on it and is considered to be the most expensive domestic movie ever produced in China with the costly budget of $100 million and today we have spectacular new posters and first absolutely mind blowing teaser trailer too! ASURA is an epic fantasy film loosely based on Buddhist mythology! Although done in Chinese, the movie will have an international cast and crew lead by director Peng Zhang who worked so far
Leo and Zhang are the leading couple in the movie
as a stunt coordinator in Hollywood movies. The rest of the international crew also includes Lord of the Rings Oscar winning costume designer Ngila
Lei Wu, known as Leo, left, is the newcomer to the big screens
Dickson,  sound designer Martín Hernandez  and visual effects supervisor Charlie Iturriaga who worked on Deadpool and Furious 7! Our dearest Trevor Morris is composing the score!

  WAR IN HEAVENS
The story is set in Asura, the dimension of pure desire according to ancient Buddhist mythology. The mythical realm is threatened by a coup from a lower heavenly kingdom and the story follows from there.

AN INTERNATIONAL CREW
As The Hollywood Reporter writes, sixteen year old Chinese rising star Lei Wu plays the film's young hero, alongside Hong Kong veterans Tony Leung
The movie is the second most expensive in all Asia!
and Carina Lau. Eighteen year old newcomer Zhang Yi Shang is the female lead and love interest. The international cast members include
Asura is dimension of desire in Buddhist mythology
American actor Matthew Knowles who is fluent in Mandarin and stars in Chinese TV series, Dragon Blade's Joel Adrian, Damien Walters, Caitlin
The movie has been shot all over China
Dechelle, Chinese Zodiac's Paul Philip Clark, Gigi Feshold, Warriors' Gate's Ron Smoorenburg, Jeannine Derbez, Joseph Castillo...  Shot all over China,
Most Chinese blockbusters don't go over $50 million in budget
the first movie of the possible trilogy, should hit cinemas this summer looking to break records that Monkey King 3 will most probably make next month during Chinese New Year!
