'MURDER ON ORIENT EXPRESS' CAST PHOTOS WITH KENNETH BRANAGH, JUDI DENCH, JOHNNY DEPP, MICHELLE PFEIFFER! 'DARK TOWER' EPIC TRAILER WITH MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY, IDRIS ELBA

 'MURDER ON ORIENT EXPRESS'
FIRST CAST PHOTOS REVEALED
Delightful photo treat comes to you today from the latest edition of 'Entertainment Weekly' who have published the first cast photos from the latest big screen adaptation of Agatha Christie's famous detective novel MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS directed by legendary Kenneth Branagh who also takes the lead role of the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot, this time with some seriously huge moustaches :)  He is tasked with finding a mysterious murderer aboard the famous train stuck in the middle of a blizzard somewhere in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Her cinematic highness Judi Dench stars as Princess Dragomiroff who is acting all helpless and confused which she actually isn't. Johnny Depp stars as Edward Ratchett, a paranoid, rich businessman with dark secrets! Michelle Pfeiffer is a loud and very annoying American on the train. Daisy Ridley is the quick thinking governess Mary Debenham. Penelope Cruz is Pilar Estravados, the missionary who actually isn't a stranger to rough situations. Sir Derek Jacobi is Masterman, Ratchett's butler, who has a spiky relationship with his boss! Willem Dafoe is Austrian professor Gerhard Hardman, armed in a number of ways. Tom Bateman is flirty louche director of the train company and a friend of Poirot’s! The  lavish train ride through Europe which quickly unfolds into the thrilling mystery of thirteen strangers stranded on a train, where everyone's a suspect, should start in cinemas later this November. One man must race against time to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again.

FIRST 'DARK TOWER' TRAILER
SETS IDRIS ELBA AGAINST MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY
Your second movie treat for today is the long awaited first trailer for Stephen King's latest adaptation THE DARK TOWER, a Ron Howard produced science fiction film highly stylized epic adventure, which should finally arrive into theatres across the world after many years of problematic production at the beginning of August!
ELUSIVE DARK TOWER
The story of the movie actually continues the one from the books rather than directly adapting one of them, and follows Idris Elba's  The Gunslinger, Roland Deschain, who roams an Old West like and post apocalyptic landscape where "the world has moved on" in pursuit of the man in black played by Matthew McConaughey. Also searching for the fabled and powerful Dark Tower, in the hopes that reaching it will preserve his dying world. Located in the End World, amid a sea of singing red roses, the Dark Tower is a link to other worlds and a bridge in the time space continuum. The studio is envisioning this as a movie trilogy with two seasons of a TV series in between the films.

  1. Going to have to check out Murder on the Orient Express. Also, my hubby has been waiting (not so patiently) for that trailer to finally come out. He waited even longer for the darn book series to finally be completed. We even read the last book together. Looking forward to the movie.

    1. hope we get Orient Express trailer soon too! Dark Tower one came unusually late for a big movie, just two or three months before the premiere.

    1. I never actually liked him, he always seemed like a smelly drunkard to me :)

    2. Ohh, I never got that from him. But if I saw a character like that, I would not enjoy him or her, either.

    3. last time I travelled to Belgrade by bus, it was me and about 50 asylym seekers from Syria in it! The driver told them to sit in the back and the rest of us in front, like in the era of racism in USA.

    4. Now I have Outkast's Rosa Parks song stuck in my head. Did they tell them not to use the public bathrooms or drink from the fountains too? Geesh!

    5. admittedly, they do bring crime with them. Ever since they arrive in our, generally peaceful town, we had a number of cases where they tried to rape or kill people. Even tried to rape a little girl here :(

    6. Oh no! That's terrible and very frightening! We haven't received any in my area that I've heard of and I haven't heard of anyone having any issues with the refugees in other parts of the country. Then again, we have our own mess of thugs right here in my own city, so maybe we did get some and they are just contributing to the crime that's already running rampant in my neck of the woods. Our mayor is more focused on making the town look pretty, blowing money on stupid river walk lights and building overly expensive condos to try to draw in new residents instead of putting the money towards more police presence in the bad part of town and fixing our terribly broken school system. Honestly, I would not see my city as a hot commodity with luxury condos and swanky downtown when we have homeless begging on damn near every corner, thugs killing each other every other day, and a school system that is barely functioning. Of course, he wants to open the flood gates and just let anybody in without proper vetting, even going so far as to issuing city i.d. cards to anyone who can't "legally" get an identification card through proper channels. I have a feeling he's trying to make our city a sanctuary city, which I am totally against. Of course, we welcome properly vetted refugees (who aren't trying to kill us or rape our children) with open arms, but to encourage the thugs to come and line the streets? No thank you.

    7. we are the very gate to Europe, so all of those millions that went to Europe have passed through my city as well, and thousands have remained still because Hungary has build up walls around their border.
