 'ITHACA' TRAILER
TOM HANKS WW2 MOVIE
Just two trailers for you today, the first one coming from Meg Ryan who is starring and directing (after she cast her own son Jack in the film too) ITHACA, which also stars Tom Hanks, Sam Shepard!
14 year old Homer Macauley is determined to be the best and fastest bicycle telegraph messenger anyone has ever seen. His older brother has gone to war, leaving Homer to look after his widowed mother, his older sister and his little brother. And so it is that as spring turns to summer, 1942, Homer Macauley delivers messages of love, hope, pain... and death... to the good people of Ithaca. And Homer Macauley will grapple with one message that will change him forever. Based on  William Saroyan's 1943 novel, The Human Comedy, ITHACA is a coming of age story about the exuberance of youth, the abruptness of change, the sweetness of life, the sting of death, and the sheer goodness that lives in each and every one of us.

  4. Ithaca looks good to me as well. Office Party should be good and a big hit during the Holiday season. I'm just not interested in thinking about Christmas yet.

Dahlink, The Hubby has been down with pneumonia for the last two weeks and I've had no time to be online. This has taken him down pretty bad and I don't know what is coming next.

  5. I agree about the botched surgery on Meg, but I do like it when she and Tom work together.

I also like a light hearted holiday comedy, so Office party will be nice to look forward to this holiday season.
