NEW 'THE ROYALS' SPICY SECOND SEASON TRAILER WITH ELIZABETH HURLEY, WILLIAM MOSELEY, TOM AUSTEN! LOTS OF SHIRTLESS BENJAMIN WALKER IN NICHOLAS SPARKS 'THE CHOICE' TRAILER!

 'THE ROYALS' SEASON 2 TRAILER
SHOWS CHAOS AT THE COURT
Are you missing the spicy shenanigans from the British court in E!'s first ever scripted series (and the second most viewed new cable show last year) THE ROYALS? They're returning with the second season November 15th and are ready to fight for the throne more than ever as you can see in the new trailer below which has new King Cyrus (Jake Maskall) ruling the kingdom as he ever wanted. Elizabeth Hurley as the widowed Queen Helena, William Moseley as rebellious Prince Liam, Tom Austen all return and Joan Collins will, it seems, have a bigger presence in the new season as the queen's zesty momma Grand Duchess Alexandra of Oxford!

NICHOLAS SPARKS 'THE CHOICE'
TRAILER WITH BENJAMIN WALKER, THERESA PALMER, TOM WELLING
Here's something romantic: the first trailer for Nicholas Sparks adaptation THE CHOICE which is out, no surprise, February next year, starring Benjamin Walker and Theresa Palmer as Travis Parker and Gabby Holland, two young people from different worlds – and yet they're instantly drawn to each when their puppies make friends (and more). One slight problem is that Gabby's spoken for, and Travis will compete with Tom Welling to win her heart. Tom Wilkinson also stars.

  1. Whoa! What a day. The Royals are all up in arms - and each other's arms too, LOL.

Choices - that's true - should be a nice flick.

    2. I certainly hope nothing like that ever happens in the real Royal Family. Ooooh how dreadful would that be?

    3. yes, dahlink, but then again Queen Lizzy ain't looking anything close to Queen Helena :) Not that there weren't mischiefs in the real royal family.... I mean just look at Harry.... who isn't even Charles' son.... or his behaviour at college...

    4. No way that boy is Charles son, doesn't look a thing like any of them. At least they'll get some new genes into the family by him.

    5. he is the spitting image of that officer and polo player, Diana's lover... what is his name? There is no way in hell he ain't his daddy! Wills, on the other hand, is spitting image of Charles, especially now that his face is becoming harsher and he is losing his hair.

    1. It was a rather fun show! Great cast and lots of spicy twists... I only hated the music in it, everything else was great.

  3. I'm not a Nicholas Sparks fan, but quite a few of the scenes were shot right here in Wilmington, NC where I live and brought a lot of work to the local film industry. So, I need to go support the movie for my homies.

  4. I just started watching The Royals and LOVE it! One of my new favorite shows! So full of scandal and spicy scenes!

I tend to like Sparks books better than his films, but I'll catch this one once it hits Netflix.

  5. I still haven't tried The Royals yet. I think it's on Netflix and if it is I'll give it a go. Right now I'm watching the 4th series of Call The Midwife. That has proven to be one of my favourite BBC historical dramas of all time.

    1. Oooh, I did try to watch MIDWIFE, and it surely ain't a bad series, but was too slow for me at one point.... maybe I just watched the wrong episodes? I remember an episode in which the nuns were airing babies unattended in their back yard! I was like - whatthewhat? :)

    2. That wasn't uncommon for that time period though.

    3. I know, but it is still so very strange, imagine if a cat dropped into one of the cribs or a bird pooped on them, God Forbid....

    4. The show is based on a book by a Midwife of the period. They saved the lives of so many poor babies and poor women. They cared for those society threw on the scrapheap and by their actions made the world a better place. I admire those women so much and wish those were the qualities we looked for in people today.

    5. Yes, one of my old publishers is doing the book here. I remember that tall actress in it being very convincing in her role.

  8. Technically, Nicholas' works aren't generally considered romances because they don't have a happily ever after or even a happily for now. I think his are more women's fiction with a strong romantic element.

I do have movies, though, of two of his films that didn't have a stinky ending. ;)

  9. Maybe it's just me, but does the poster for "The Choice" look like a horror movie? I think it might be the text they used but something about it just looks foreboding.
