DAZZLING NEW 'PAN' TRAILER WITH HUGH JACKMAN! DISNEY TO MAKE 'GENIES' 'ALADDIN' PREQUEL LIVE ACTION MOVIE! 'EMPIRE' SECOND SEASON PROMO WITH TARAJI P. HENSON! 'HERALD' COMIC BOOK ON TESLA TO BECOME TV SERIES

  DISNEY TO MAKE' GENIES'
LIVE ACTION 'ALADDIN' PREQUEL
The news of the day is that Disney is preparing ALADDIN prequel movie titled GENIES in order to set the ground for the live action ALADDIN movie which would happen after GENIES. While ALADDIN was an adaptation of ancient Arabic folk tale about a lowly street kid who finds a magical lamp with a wish granting genie the prequel GENIES would be set in the world of those magical creatures, describing how Aladdin's genie ended up in the magical lamp. As I've reported before BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and MULAN are also getting live action versions!

  'HERALD' COMIC BOOK
ON TIME TRAVELLING TESLA TO BECOME TV SERIES
Speaking of adaptations, comic book series HERALD will be turned into a television series! Coming from writer John Reilly, and artists Tom Rogers and Dexter Weeks, the comic book to be turned into small screen show brings an alternate universe story in which a time travelling legendary Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla teams up with famous writer H.P. Lovecraft and other historical characters to save the world from various cosmic horrors.

How do we know that Tesla and Lovecraft didn't time travel? ;-)

    3. it happened like this: I finished watching AMERICA GOT TALENT and sat in front of my computer to work forgetting to switch the channel on the telly... when EMPIRE started it immediatelly drew me in with the opening music... so I turned around and never went back to the computer that evening.... Cookie Lyon is one of the best TV characters that have appeared on the telly in last ten years

  6. I don't know about Genies. I feel kind of sad that Robin Williams won't have a part of it. He was the ultimate Disney Genie!

  9. I really want to see Pan.

I've heard amazing things about Empire. When I have time I'll probably catch all the shows I'm missing on Amazon. That's what usually happens.

    1. I thought I'd never watch it, it just isn't my genre, but I accidentally caught the first episode and couldn't stop after that... it is written in the twisty, soapy, exciting manner of the 80's dramas and wonderfully acted
