SITCOM DAY: TRAILER & POSTER FOR 'LAST MAN STANDING' 4TH SEASON WITH TIM ALLEN! 'A TO Z' WITH BEN FELDMAN, CRISTIN MILIOTI! 'YOUR FAMILY OR MINE' WITH KAT FOSTER, KYLE HOWARD, RICHARD DREYFUSS

'LAST MAN STANDING'
TIM ALLEN REUNITES WITH PATRICIA RICHARDSON!
What better way to end the old one and start a new week than with some humour: it's sitcom day here starting with hilarious new poster and a clip for the fourth season of one of the most beloved TV comedies LAST MAN STANDING with Tim Allen which will return to ABC this Friday, October 3rd with one hour special! Beside finding out whether Mike Baxter's oldest daughter will marry the father of her son, the new season will also reunite Allen with Patricia Richardson with whom he starred in HOME IMPROVEMENT for a decade! She will play a new neighbour of the Baxters who likes to use her saw early in the mornings which will annoy Mike. He will also have to put up with her bitterness towards her ex husband, who was suppo- sedly good with tools, but more often destroyed things around their house. Jona- than Taylor Thomas, who played their son in HOME IMPROVEMENT, already guest stars in LAST MAN STANDING as the boss of Mike's daughter. Speaking of ABC don't forget that Tuesday brings the premiere of their new sitcoms SELFIE and MANHATTAN LOVE STORY!

'YOUR FAMILY OR MINE'
WAR IN THE FAMILY AT TBS
TBS is already preparing a comedy series of their own: YOUR FAMILY OR MINE will have unusual structure - each episode will focus on a different side of the family.  The story will follow a young couple Kelli (Kat Foster) and Oliver (Kyle Howard) and will alternate between the two sides of the their family. Angela Kinsey will play Claire, Oliver’s sister in-law, married to his brother Jason (Danny Comden), who gets the brunt of her in-laws’ insults, which she doesn’t handle well. Richard Dreyfuss and JoBeth Williams play the parents of Oliver, Jason and Blake (Andrew Lees). Ten episodes will air next year!

NBC'S 'A TO Z' SITCOM STARTS
  THURSDAY WITH BEN FELDMAN
Meanwhile, a day earlier from Tim's sitcom, over at NBC this Thursday you will watch the first episode of A TO Z romantic comedy series, which was already released online this summer and I can say that I myself liked it. It stars Ben Feldman and Cristin Milioti as a star crossed couple whose relationship is being explored from A TO Z for eight months - from the time they met to their break up!

  1. Glad to see Tim Allen is coming back. I always enjoyed Home Improvement so it'll be great seeing Patricia Richardson again too.

    1. he's been here for four years :) This is the fourth season... it is such a lovely sitcom... and so modern, but yet not superficial, vulgar or primitive like other of the current ones... he tackles modern day family issues in a very fresh and funny way

  2. I've always like Tim Allen, but, uh, wow…the show's been on four years? I've never heard of it. Of course, I never turn on my television except to watch football on Sundays. That might explain it. :P

    1. What do you mean you've never heard of it??? I announced almost every season in previous years and said many times it's my fave!
It is a lovely show because it brings the message of being tolerant and making compromises and deals with modern problems in a wise and delightful way! After BABY DADDY my absolutely fave of current sitcoms next to UNDATABLES!

    1. A TO Z has a very dynamic and upbeat air to it and since it ends with the breakup it will leave the audience wanting for more.... and Feldman is wonderfully likeable...

  5. I love the concept behind A to Z. I can't wait to watch it! That's the mysterious "mom" from How I Met Your Mom, too. My husband said I was giving away something by telling him that, but I pointed out that the series is OVER so if he hadn't figured out who the mom was by now, he probably would just be confused when he happened to catch a random rerun of the last season someday!

    1. I've watched pilots for both A TO Z and SELFIE last month and they both have a very warm vibe to it... very sweet and nice... both could be hits.... Milioti was mildly irritating in the pilot, but Feldman had enough warm energy both for him and her.... Meanwhile, SELFIE suprised me, because I didn't think I'd like Caren Gillan but I did.. and John Cho is always lovely

  7. When Last Man Standing first came out, I wasn't sure if it was going to last. I never tuned in, but I guess I have been missing out. I need to add this one to the list of shows to catch up on!

    1. it is a really uniquely educational and profound sitcom.... gives lots of social and family wisdom in today's world of superficial programmes.... They always thrill me with their approach to modern day politics, problems, family issues.... And Tim is so delightful as a stubborn man who in the end always accepts a compromise :)

  9. i enjoy the last man standing... been watching it. i think that the biggest issue for a to z, will be people will be upset for the woman was the center of the screwed up ending for how i met your mother and will be in the blacklash into new show.

    1. he he ... she is a little annoying in A TO Z too.... there is something irritating about her face I don't know what... but Feldman makes up for her with his own likeable charisma and friendly manner

    1. :) I stick to my recipe of four to five sitcoms a week :) Nothing can make me laugh more than a good sitcom.. I'm currently finishing the first seasons of UNDATEABLE and VICIOUS and will start the new seasons of LAST MAN STANDING, SELFIE, A TO Z and MANHATTAN LOVESTORY this week!

  12. I don't really watch sitcoms so I've no idea if I would like these. The only thing I know about Tim Allen is that he's a cocaine addict and likes to beat women.

    1. I usually don't believe in those wife beater stories if I didn't witness them myself, dear. We've all seen what hell Rihanna created to Chris Brown and how she manipulated the stories of their fight...
You would like the sitcom because it is very wise and brings both republican and democratic views of life and politics making a compromise between those two in each episode..
