JAMES MCAVOY IS PROFESSOR XAVIER IN "X-MEN: FIRST CLASS"
Oh, here's a cool piece of news. Director Matthew Vaughn has found one of the lead actors for the new installment of the famous mutant saga "X-Men: First Class". One of our favourite British lads, James McAvoy will play young Professor Xavier. We've already mentioned before that "X-Men: First Class" will chart the epic beginning of the X-Men saga. Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were the closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants, some familiar, some new, to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men.
Odličan izbor glumca :) Džejmsa sam prvi put primetio u odličnoj izvodbi uloge Leta Atreida u mini seriji "Children of Dune." Pejako mu je ta uloga sela :)
ReplyDeleteda, da, i ja sam ga upravo tada primetio, sta vise mladi Leto mi je bio jedina ok stvar u toj inace groznoj mini seriji (ja sam inace veliki fan DINE) :)
ReplyDeleteI love James McAvoy! I'll be buying a ticket no question!
ReplyDeleteHe was good in Wanted!
ReplyDeleteI love X-men and James McAvoy, but I hate prequels. Prequels are backstory. We know what happens next, who lives, who dies... There is no mystery, and I really can't stand Hollywood's fascination with them.
ReplyDelete@Lydia, Alex and Lorel
ReplyDeletewe all looooove James McAvoy! And I agree with Lorel about prequels .... they kinda kill the mystery.
At first I thought the film was about the Young X-Men, with a middle age Prof X and Magneto. But with McAvoy in Xavier's shoes so how young are gonna be the young X-Men?
ReplyDeleteGreat director, great cast.. what more could I ask for? :) James McAvoy rules!
ReplyDeleteJaccsy, I thinks everybody will be young, both Xavier and his friends among heroes.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like, McAvoy, Nebster :)
