Great news, I like the book and hope Natali will make a great big screen adaptation of it since "Splice" is also looks like a unique cinematic experience.

Sounds interesting, but these kind of adventure/fairytale adaptations didn't have any luck in the past few years.

it's true, that's why the should make this movie as if it won't have any sequels, and not leave it unfinished at the end.
