KELLAN LUTZ AND JASON MOMOA SHALL WIELD THE SWORD OF CONAN?
The remake of famous "Conan" epic adventure is approaching the start date of its production helmed by Marcus Nispel ("The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "Friday the 13th")and now we have two hunky finalists in the running for the leading man role. Looking to replace infamous Arnold Schwarzenegger are famous heartbreaker Kellan Lutz ("Twilight", "BH90210") and Jason Momoa ("Stargate: Atlantis", "Baywatch", "Games of Throne"). But although they are in the strong run apparently there is a third, more-established actor who is being considered in the first place, but the actor's name still hasn't been revealed. The shooting of the movie begins on March 15th in Bulgaria, and you can find the plot of the upcoming movie in one of the previous HOLLYWOOD SPY's posts.
Hmm, neither are really as... well... beefy as Schwarzenegger was, are they? Wonder how this'll play out...
ReplyDeletethis is the modern age, we have to redefine beefiness :)) I think they are both hunky enough for Conan.
ReplyDeleteNice....better then Schwarenegger, body wise...
ReplyDeleteI would like Jason Momoa for Conan. Unless that third option is even better. Which I seriously doubt. :)
ReplyDeleteI wonder how I didn't think of Momoa for Conan sooner. Must be that bodybuilding Schwarzenegger image still stuck in my mind. I agree Conan must look buffed, but it doesn't necessarily means bodybuilding.
I agree Avalon :) especially about the body wise thing :)
ReplyDeleteJason would be a nice Conan, if he finds time with the shooting of GAMES OF THRONES and so on. And extremely pumped up muscles are the trend of the past, so I agree with Marko.
I saw famous and very charming Irish wrestler Sheamus O'Shaunessy recently and thought how he would have been a magnificent Conan, assuming that he has at least some acting skills (although the absence of those didn't stop Schwarzy to become a star :))
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing the first "Conan" as a kid! I feel old.
