Here's the latest clip from this month's most anticipated movie release "Legion" showing the stunning fight scene between archangel Michael played by Paul Bettany and archangel Gabriel played by Kevin Durand. In this supernatural action, which premieres January 22nd, God loses faith in humanity and sends his legion of angels to wipe out the human race for the second time. Mankind's only hope lies in a group of misfits holed up in a diner in the desert who are aided by the archangel Michael.
Those angels still don't look formidable enough to me. That armor doesn't cover his head, and that mace looks rusty. Humans can match it even with their own similar weapons, not to mention firearms.
But you wouldn't see their angelic faces if they had a helmet on :) and I think angels aren't supposed to look formidable even when they come down to spank our asses as we rightfully deserve :)
ugh, Chels, the charming humour of this Serbian saying cannot be translated :) but it literally means HUNDRED DEVILS HIDE UNDER AN ANGELIC FACE :) something like STILL WATER RUNS DEEP, but not quite. It means that sometimes a very tranquil and calm person can actually hide an ocean of passion under the skin.
GIVE SOME LOVE TO YOUR DEZZY :) DON'T FORGET THAT BLOGGER'S NEW COMMENT BOX OFTEN REQUIRES FOR YOU TO DISABLE PROTECTION ON YOUR BROWSER IN ORDER TO COMMENT.
Ummm, is that REALLY Paul Bettany?

Talk about depressing and gloriously tragic. But I'll probably see it!

yep, it is our Paul fighting the army of angels :) It doesn't have to be tragic, we might win at the end of the movie ;)
ReplyDeleteI would be very interested in seeing this movie. I like good vs evil biblical themes.
