  3. I've seen teaser trailer for this some time ago.
And I must say, I was quite charmed by it. Even though this movie is Disney's blunt attempt to recover some of its old glory. They couldn't made it more obvious in teasers (trailers). No wonder I have such a strong dislike for the way they do their business. :(

But most importantly, I think I'm gonna like this film. Well known mixture of adventure, romance, comedy and musical in "a tradition of Walt Disney's most beloved classics" (their own words :)) ).
It also helps that humans (frog/humans :)) ) are main protagonists. And of course, it has look and feel of (now lost) New Orleans and its culture. I watched/listened to trailer and I just can't get enough of that Cajun accent. I find it simply adorable.

Its a real shame that Big Easy is no more. Be it thanks to Katrina or USA's government inability (unwillingness?) to preserve/restore its only genuinely distinct and colorful culture. Watching films like these only makes you regret it more.

  4. Hold your horses :) Brad Pitt is coming to the rescue - the gossip is that he will run for a mayor of New Orleans due to the popular demand. And off course Angelina is thinking of running for a first female president some time in the future. Well, they had a whole bunch of crazy people in the office, so why not a looney in a skirt? :)

There is also a very weird argument going on over the Net about this movie - some people think it's racist. I'm not sure what's their argument, but it wouldn't be the first time for Disney to create politically incorrect scandals.

The crocodile is so groooooovy :)
