NIGHTSLEEPER SEASON 2
ADS COLIN MORGAN, CHRISTIAN COOKE AND RUPERT PENRY JONES TO THE CAST
Oh, what a treat when a series ads not just one, not two, but three of our favourite boys: BBC has added Colin Morgan, Christian Cooke and Rupert Penry Jones to the cast of the second season of NIGHTSLEEPER thriller series which was set on a train, but this time on a ship with new ensemble. Ian McElhinney, Cuan Hosty Blaney, Madeleine Mantock and Sally Lindsay will also star in the real-time series sees the action move from
the rails to the open water, as a Belfast-to-Liverpool passenger ferry becomes the target of a potentially deadly hack-attack. With the crew desperately trying to hide the extent of the threat from the passengers, the ferry’s second engineer Johnny (Cooke) must work with the National Cyber Security Centre’s new technical director, Bo (Morgan), to try and fight back. But as the tide turns, secrets surface and fear floods the decks; it isn’t long before those on land are all at sea too…

DeleteParece interesante. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteGracias.
DeleteThe real-time format makes me curious about this one. I think I’d find the crew keeping things from the passengers especially unnerving; I’d rather know the truth, even if it was bad news. I’d be hoping someone asked a few awkward questions instead of simply accepting what they were told. Now, be honest: did the BBC let you choose those three actors?
ReplyDeleteI imagine BBC entered my mind and stole the cast from it, possibly from my wet dreams.
DeleteIn my country the crew would just leave them stranded themselves. The train crew once left us stranded in the middle of the night in a snowed in train without heating and left us like that in the middle of nowhere for seven hours until dawn with not a word or explanation, water or blankets. Sometimes our trains will just stop in some god forsaken village and leave you there not going further leaving you to find your own way home which is not easy if you are a student without a penny in your pocket. Once a storm threw a tree in front of our train and we were six hours late and the train conductor did not say a word of excuse or apology.
Wonder why is it called Nightsleeper...Haven't watched anything from Rupert Penry Jones in a long while.
ReplyDeleteThe train was a nightsleeper in the first season. I watched RupRup last weekend in Prisoners of Paradise movie, which was not very good and he plays a baddie which I did not like, I prefer him good.
