According to Deadline, Prime Video has given Ben Hardy the lead role in their TV series adaptation of STILLWATER graphic novel. It is a mind-bending horror thriller that focuses on ex-con Daniel West. When Daniel receives a mysterious letter promising answers about his past and a substantial inheritance in the small town of Stillwater, he discovers a community where nothing ever ages, no one ever dies, and nobody ever gets out. Greg Berlanti is executive producing this brand new television series.

DeleteI would not set foot in Stillwater, no matter how many zeros the inheritance had. The fact that nobody can escape immediately reminded me of From, which I have followed from the beginning, so the synopsis has already caught my attention. They must eventually become thoroughly sick of one another. Imagine spending three hundred years with the same neighbour and still arguing over the same hedge. That is not eternal life; it is a residents’ meeting that never ends. Ben Hardy is going to have plenty to deal with there.
