SERIES TRAILER WITH HUGO WEAVING
The series will also stream on Netflix
Australian SBShas released a trailer with Hugo Weaving as the lead in their eight part series THE AIRPORT CHAPLAIN which was shot down in Melbourne capturing the high-stakes world of a bustling
international airport. He plays Tobias Wallace a fast-moving fixer with a
constantly ringing phone, pockets full of cash and an unorthodox
approach to the daily crises unfolding
inside the terminal. Convinced the airport couldn’t run without him,
Tobias has never encountered a problem he couldn’t solve. Until he meets
his formidable new boss Mira (Shabana Azeez), who deems him a
walking liability. Their clash sparks a power struggle that reverberates
through the terminal, affecting the cleaners, baggage handlers, and
passengers, who are all navigating their own hopes and challenges amid
the constant chaos of life in the airport. The series will stream both on SBS and Netflix around the world from August 26th in eight half hour episodes.
She is a terrible actress and lacks in charisma, but somebody is pushing her real hard, because she has been getting a lot of roles lately, probably because they need someone of colour.
Dezmond, I read Arthur Hailey's novel "Airport." It was very interesting! I think this series about life at an international airport is also very interesting.
Hi Dezmond, thank you so much for your comment on my blog. Here in Montreal they also put speed bumps near schools. However, the sign that I took a picture of and posted on my blog...they put these at stop signs! LOL! Because sometimes people don't stop at the stop sign, so they want to make sure they are aware that they need to slow down and stop.
That is very clever of them. We have a road bump and also traffic lights two meters from the entrance of our local primary school and also cameras which will record the bad drivers.
GIVE SOME LOVE TO YOUR DEZZY :) DON'T FORGET THAT BLOGGER'S NEW COMMENT BOX OFTEN REQUIRES FOR YOU TO DISABLE PROTECTION ON YOUR BROWSER IN ORDER TO COMMENT.
That gal playing his boss doesn't sound and look persuasive.

DeleteYes, I love the camera idea, and some digital signs that actually show drivers what speed they are driving.
DeleteWe have digital speed sign as well ten meters before the bumps and traffic lights LOL
DeleteNothing like having a new boss come in and mess up a system that already works.
ReplyDeleteEspecially if it is a girl half a life younger than you.
