DARK FORCES COME TO TOWN IN STUNNING RUSSIAN FANTASY TV SERIES ENCHANTED TRAILER

    ENCHANTED TRAILER
The series will stream on Kinopoisk this year
FOR NEW RUSSIAN FANTASY DRAMA
Beside the information that one of our dearest Russian actors Danila Kozlovsky and legendary Russian movie maker and director Fyodor Bondarchuk are preparing an epic movie adaptation of famous fairy tale 12 MONTHS about a young girl who is forced by her greedy stepmother and stepsister to fetch spring violets, summer strawberries, and autumn apples during the absolute dead of winter, what I'm also bringing to you from my visit to Russia today is a trailer and images from new eight part fantasy series ENCHANTED (Очарованные) which will air on their streamer Kinopoisk sometime later this year.
 THE STORY IS SET IN
the quiet town of Iskra, where people are unaware of the presence of otherworldly forces, and where two sorceress sisters live. They are twins, but  very different. Zlata, an excellent student, is destined to inherit her mother's role as guardian of the boundary between the human and shadow worlds. But Marya doesn't know what to become. She doesn't just want to memorize spells; she dreams of living a human life full of connection. But everything changes dramatically when Marya opens a portal to the Shadow World on Kalinov Bridge, hoping to win a bet with the arrogant Sonya, the town mayor's adopted daughter. Zlata dies in an attempt to fix the situation, and Marya now has nine days to find the Water of Life and save her sister. Check out the rather rich, breathtaking and fantasy filled first trailer below and tell us what you think, would you watch this brand new series if you had the chance?

  1. Scintilla di fiaba che si apre sul quotidiano e lo trasforma in un piccolo incanto.

  3. If I go by the trailer alone, I’d really love to watch it. Another thing is whether it will actually make its way to my little home so I can enjoy it, because I don’t think streaming platforms in Spain are very interested in Russian cinema. But you definitely left me wanting to see it.
    A hug.

    1. Such terrible news, Ukrainian Fascists are now killing kids as well like in WW2 and the world is watching and applauding them, sadly. We live in a very sick world. Condolences to the people of Russia.

  6. It’s sad that Russian works aren’t more widely distributed. Imagine how much money they’d be able to make and how many more works they could produce if they weren’t censored so much. I can see butting heads with any government body, but to shut out their artists as well because of politics is disgusting.

    1. Especially as they are very selective in their bans, Ukrainians killed over 20 Russian children two days ago and Europe said nothing, then Russia retailed yesterday attacking Kiev and was immediately faced with harsh words from EU. Like, what do you expect, for Russians to line up their children so that you can shoot them freely?
