Even if you are not much into German series, I think insanely gorgeous Moritz Otto is more than enough of a reason to check out six episode series THE CRUISE DOCTOR (Der Schiffsarzt) which aired previously on German
RTL Plus but will hit Acorn TV from today Monday April 6th available for your viewing pleasure also on their channel at Prime Video and I think you can stream it on Apple TV too. The story follows Dr. Eric Leonhard (Moritz
Otto), a surgeon and ER doctor who signs on as the physician on a cruise ship. The crew don’t suspect that the real reason he’s joined them is to conduct his own investigation into the disappearance of his pregnant wife, Sarah, who
vanished without a trace several months ago. With the police investigation having yielded no results, and Eric convinced that Sarah and his child, who must’ve been born by now, are still alive, he is determined to find them. Seeing
a photograph of Sarah at the bar of a cruise ship is what prompts him to sign on as the ship’s doctor. Once on board, though, Eric trusts no one, as any crew member could potentially be involved in the disappearance.

He looks more like a body builder...and absolutely not a fan of sea cruise...
