Two romantic movies for you today, starting with Prime Video's new romantic film MAINTENANCE REQUIRED which will be available
for streaming from October 8th starring Jacob Scipio and Madelaine Petsch in the lead roles. She portrays Charlie who, forced to reevaluate her all-female mechanic shop, unknowingly confides in her online confidant Beau, who turns out to be her real-life business rival, their connection blossoms amidst professional rivalry. So, a typical Hallmarkish script but this time not on Hallmark but on Prime Video who has been having great success with easy watching flicks like these. Matteo Lane and Jim Gaffigan also star. I am too old for such series...so many new faces that I don't recognize..
ReplyDeleteI do not know any of them either, both Prime and Netflix have started casting these bland unknowns in their new romantic movies, but Hallmark at least has nice actors worth watching the films for unlike these mediocre faces.
