ANGELINA JOLIE AND TOM HARDY TO STAR IN "SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN"! ANG LEE DIRECTING THE ADAPTATION OF "LIFE OF PI" BESTSELLER. WARNER BROS. PREPARING A FILM ON WILE E. COYOTE'S "ACME" MANUFACTURER

HOLLYWOOD SPY has already mentioned the SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN project, but now it seems Relativity Media has found themselves the cast headliners: two very sexy people - Tom Hardy who will play the Huntsman (he will also play a new villain in BATMAN) and Angelina Jolie who is supposed to portray the evil queen who sets the Huntsman after her
stepdaughter, Snow White, with orders for the Huntsman to kill her but instead, he becomes her mentor, shackled to Snow White for much of the story as they make their escape. As you can
see from my pics, both Angelina and Tom like showing tattoos and breaking taboos :)Did I just make your day? :)

Now, admit that you've always wanted to visit the famous ACME factory from which that darling genious Wile E. Coyote buys his gear and gadgets :))) Well, Warner Bros. is going to make a feature film centered around the fictional ACME warehouse which manufactures all the silly products used by glorious Wile E. Coyote in his quest to catch the Road Runner. The studio wants to make a live-action CG hybrid franchise about those crazy devices which will not feature the Looney Tunes characters.
According to "Variety" director Ang Lee has cast 17-year-old newcomer Suraj Sharma as the lead actor in his film adaptation of the worldwide bestseller LIFE OF PI by Yann Martel. The intriguing story centers on a boy lost at sea in a lifeboat with four unusual and increasingly hungry companions - a Bengal tiger, a hyena, a zebra and an orangutan, after the ship carrying his family and its zoo animals sinks.

  1. I would love to see how Ang manages to direct Life of Pi because it's an odd book.

  4. Ugh, I didn't like Life of Pi. Really doubt I'd like a movie.

  5. my folks are always telling me i need to read the life of pi- i just hadn't gotten around to it.. thought it was a math book (because of the pi and all) man! i can be thick sometimes!

    anyway- at least they made jolie the evil character for the huntsman... if they made her snow white... that would've been terrible.

    and acme? that's just too cool.

  6. First, I have to say how unfair it is to pit Kate and Meryl against each other in this poll of yours. While Meryl is indeed an AMAZING actress that can do absolutely anything, I've wanted to BE Kate for, well, EVER. :P

    I'm interested in this Show White movie, but I'm a bit over Angelina. I guess it will depend on who they get to play Snow White.

  7. I was never a fan of RoadRunner and Wiley, but the Acme factory could prove fun.

    Not a fan of tattoos either--just don't get it.

  9. Major quandary. Ang Lee, my all-time favorite director. Life of Pi, the book I've most disliked in the past decade.

    But it's all erased by, um, the photos up top that made my day.

  10. Looney Toons!!!!! I love them! Acme Factory is gonna be awesome. Not too happy about them making something without the characters, they were superbly fantastic. Interesting about Snow White. Wonder what the deal with it's going to be. I hate to say it so early, but I bet it's going to be bad, heh.

    oh,I didn't know so many people didn't like LIFE OF PI. I haven't read the book myself, but I was hoping it was great since it got the famous MANN's award (the Asian Booker) and that award went to some of my favourite books before ... Let's hope the film will be OK.

    @Masy and Andrew
    ACME rules! :)))

    @Matt
    ah, you obviously are no friend of Wile's :PPP

    I don't get tattoos, either, Lee, although they do look good on certain people :)

    @Alex

    @Bry

  14. Yhe Acme movie could be quite interesting. Tom Hardy is a busy boy lately, he was so good in Inception, and now in Dark Knight sequel and this, I think we will certainly start seeing a lot more of him.

  15. I'm with you and Lee about tatoo, in moderation on certain people I think it's fine, but these two are definitely going overboard with 'em. In any case, man Hardy is everywhere these days, not sure how's gonna do 'em all. He's got Madmax, Batman 3 and a few others I think. He's good I guess but not sure why the sudden Hollywood's obsession with this guy.

  17. I can't wait for Snow White and the Huntsman. I can't wait for the movie about the ACME factory. As for tattoos, they're not my thing, but to each his own.

  18. @Lynda
    well, it is an intriguing book :)

    @Dempsy
    he's the new hot thing in Tinseltown :))

    @Flixy
    He might do this one between THIS MEANS WAR and BATMAN, since MAD MAX production has been postponed again. He had some really stunning breakthrough roles which made him stand out.

    it will be a Looney Toons movie but without the Loonies :)

    @Ishta
    I'm guessing you wanna order something from ACME :))) Yes, I don't get tattoo either, although they do look stunningly sexy on some people, but not on everyone.
